Melrose Avenue Elementary School is a public primary school located in North Detroit, Los Angeles, California. It started its operations in 1923 and has been serving pre-kindergarten through fifth grade students since. Melrose Elementary is part of Local District 4 of the Los Angeles Unified School District and follows a traditional single track school calendar.
