Horace Mann Junior High School is a public middle school located in South Saint Andrews Place, Los Angeles, California. The school first opened its doors to the public back in 1926 and has been serving 6th through 8th graders in the area, since. Mann is part of Local District 3 of the Los Angeles Unified School District with approximately 1495 students enrolled half of which are African American. The other race/ethnicities that make up the rest of the student body are Hispanic/Latino, Pacific Islander, White, American Indian, and Filipino.
