John F. Kennedy High School is a public secondary school located in Gothic Avenue, Granada Hills, California. Kennedy Senior High first opened its doors in 1971 and has been serving high school students enrolled in grades 9 through 12 since. The school's colors are brown and gold and their mascot is the golden cougar.

The school is a member of Local District 1 of the Los Angeles Unified School District and holds classes on a traditional single track school calendar. They include various advanced placement (college level) classes, foreign language and ESL classes, as well career-oriented classes such as journalism and military science. These are offered along with standards-based classes such as English, history, mathematics, etc.
