James A. Foshay Learning Center is a public school located in South Harvard Boulevard, Los Angeles, California. Foshay Learning Center is part of Local District 7 of the Los Angeles Unified School District and was opened in 1924. Foshay currently serves approximately 3,533 students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade levels under a three track calendar year. Foshay's Alma Mater entitled Here's To You was penned by Vince Womack. In 1999, Foshay was ranked among the top 100 high schools ranked by "ratio of number of Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate tests taken by all students at a school in 1999 divided by the number of graduating seniors."
