Hubert Howe Bancroft Middle School and Performing Arts Magnet is a public middle school located in Los Angeles, California. A member of the Los Angeles Unified School District, Bancroft Middle School started operating in 1929 and is now handling 1,300 plus students who are enrolled from 6th to 8th grade. Bancroft serves several areas of Los Angeles, including portions of Hancock Park and portions of Outpost Estates as well as most of the city of West Hollywood. Bancroft feeds into Fairfax High School and Hollywood High School. Some areas zoned to Bancroft are jointly zoned to both high schools.
