Arminta Street Elementary School is an elementary school located in North Hollywood, in the eastern portion of the San Fernando Valley, just north of the city of Los Angeles. Arminta offers grades K through 5 elementary classes and follows a four track school year, servicing over 900 students and counting. The school opened in 1953 and is a part of the Los Angeles Unified School District.

1] From Hollywood Fwy, head northwest for 1.8 miles on US-101 N, then turn right slightly at CA-170N (signs for Hollywood Fwy N/CA-170 N/Sacramento). Take exit 9 for Sherman Way then keep right at the fork, follow signs for Sherman Way E and merge onto Sherman Way. Turn left at Laurel Canyon Blvd then take the right at Strathern Street.
2] From San Fernando Road, head northwest for 0.2 miles toward Paxton Street. Turn left to merge onto CA-118 W then take the exit into I-5 S toward Los Angeles. Take exit 152 for Lankershim Boulevard toward N Hollywood. Turn right at Lankershim Blvd before taking a left at Strathern Street.
